So theres this girl that I met about 2 months ago at my job and she was flirting with me a lot and I was flirting back. She told me her name and then I didn't see her for a while. Then he added me on Facebook, twitter, and instagram and would talk to me on there an flirt and everything. So then I asked her for her number but she wouldn't answer my request. So then I saw her at my job and I asked her why she didnt answer my message, so then she gave me her number right there. I've only textd her a couple times over the past week, and she won't answer for over 8 hours so I don't know if I should stop talking to her or not. What do I do????

Cut off all contact (as much as possible) and watch as she comes crawling to you. She will be like "where is blabla?" "why is blabla not talking to me?" and WHEN she confronts you about it, just play it cool and act normal, say you didn't think much of it and then start some hardcore flirting (not with text mssgs or emails but in person).
