How to stop looking at an EX-BF Twitter page?

I recently broke up with a guy a couple days ago that I enjoyed talking to for months. He basically wanted to be with someone else so it ended and we are not going to be friends. I'll have to move on but in the meantime I can't stop looking at his Twitter account and checking what his thoughts are and how his life is going. I don't know what to do because I feel the urge to look at his Twitter every minute. What do I do to get over this?
