Lol No. You don't have to be. Just follow these steps.

1) Tweets useful posts.
2) Use hashtags.
3) Don't keep the default egg as your profile picture. Use a beautiful & nice photo instead.
4) Put #TeamFollowBack in your bio & follow back those people who follow you.
5) Important: Search #TeamFollowBack & follow those people who retweets posts involves with that search reaults. People will follow back, and those who don't follow back simply unfollow them.
