What exactly does this mean?

This and I talked for about 7 months. Basically dated but it was unofficial. He'd check my twitter and id check his and we'd fight over little things like talking to other people etc. He and I both have jealousy issues. We finally decided to end things in late August. We kept texting everyday until September. He didnt have his phone all spetember. Well October he got it back and we started texting here and there again. Not as often. He'd cal me babe and baby and still check my twitter. Well one night 2 weeks ago we got into an arguement about giving "us"another shot. and he was like "i got mad love for you but we're young. this isnt real love." and he told em he didnt care and he didnt like me anymore and blah blah. well the next day i talked a bunch of mess on twitter about him and of course he saw it and got mad. so he text me and said we werent friends anymore and he was done with me. and said he was changing his number and deleting my number and not giving me his new number. so i aid okay. and he text me later that night saying he didnt mean what he said he was just angry but i didnt respond. so that week passed and we didnt speak. over the weekend i tried to contact him but he didnt respond. 2 days later was my birthday and he tweeted 'my girls birthday in 20 minutes!!' then went to bed. after school he sent me this poem "like you is one of my biggest fears. ill just end this now cause i ahte long texts. with you the future is bright cant wait to see whats next. is wear to god, i love you no flex. and of course not because we have ******** i want you to know i mean it in every way. i love you baby girl. happy birthday. love ********* i love u!" and i sent my ekaborate response and we didnt talk for 3 days then i told him i missed and loved him and he said he misses me and loves me too. then we got in a stupid arguement ove the weekend. and i talked to him yesterday but it was just i miss you, i miss you too. i text him today and he didnt respond. im really confused.. does he love me or should i just give up on us?

no offense but ur love life is freaking messed up. liking and especially loing someone should not be this complicated. i suggest just not texting him at all. get over him he is causing too many problems. you can find someone so much better who will treat you right
