How would you suggest I create awareness to Allergychat.org?

Hi,

I'd like to create awareness and boost membership on a website, http://www.allergychat.org .

It is a website (Primarily a forum) with the purpose of getting people suffering from all types of allergies communicating together.

How would you suggest I create more awareness and members?

Well it's all about the marketing...

You put out a few press releases, articles, blog about it, and create "buzz' on the Internet by using "social platforms" like Twitter, Facebook, Squidoo Etc.

There are so many and low-cost ways to do this. In the search box, type things like -- market my website, website marketing, marketing an online business, Etc and you will have more information than you know what to do with.

To avoid being overwhelmed, just take one "promotion" activity at a time and learn and then do it. One at a time. Step-by-step is how you will achieve your desired results, B/C too many people try to "do it all" which creates frustration and ultimately failure.

You have a great topic. If you provide quality content consistently and let people know it is there, your website will grow!
