How to get a twitter link to your tumblr?

Ive seen people in their tumblr who have icons of twitter on their sidebar, which when you click the twitter icon, and sends me to their twitter. How could I do that? im not too familiar with html codes, but i understand a bit.. THANKS!

There is a theme that lets people put links on their blog.

Choose a twitter image that you would like and insert in twitter image from the list below (or if you have the picture in mind and you know the direct link then just insert it in twitter image):
