On twitter, when you see your friends usernames it says #teamsingle or #teampisces #whatever.. how do you get that or join that so when they see you they see the stuff you joined?

Anything followed by a # is just a trending topic. It isn't something you join lol It's like a category that your tweet goes in. Like say you post a quote about love you can put #love #quotes or something like that. People just put the # to make their tweet go under that trend.
