Is This psycological?What is wrong with me?

Okay so about 4 months ago I was talking to this guy on Twitter. We talked for quite a while and he seemed pretty normal like all he asked for was my email or whatsapp. I didnt give it and he didnt ask again.After a while I got bored so I blocked him. Now I am worried that he might follow me or something. Like I didnt give my actual place of where I live and all he knew was my nickname..But last night i even had a dream with him in it! Is this just my brain? Like my twitter account is deleted and he hasnt gotten in contact since.SO Am I just overreacting? And why did I dream of him? (This is not the first time). Please Help! I feel as If I am going mad!

You're not mad, these days you never know who might be watching, but I think you're safe. Try to proactively stop thinking about it, for instance, if you think about it, sing a song you love, or play a game, or go for a run.

It has been proven that the human mind can only dream if human faces we have encountered before, so you are probably dreaming of him because you worry about him during the day.

Try these things and it will be a matter of time before you are done dreaming if him.

Best advice is to stay off Twitter. You have to be a twit to waste your time on it, and you'd be mad to give away confidential information to the rest of the world. Nothing wrong with you, just keep off it and you won't be harassed by sad people who have nothing better to do.
