How should I ask for this girls number?

There's this girl I know from college, I met her through my sister and I would call us semi-friends. I obviously don't have her number but I want it so I can talk to her. She doesn't have a Facebook or I would just instant message her until the three week break is over, but she only has twitter and that's a pain in the ass to use to communicate. We have been using twitter to randomly talk, she replies to some of my tweets and I reply to some of hers, but like I said, its time to start texting her. What should I say to ask her for her number? I'm sure that she'll give it to me, its just that I want to ask her in a cool way, or a way where she doesn't think im coming on too strong. I don't know if shes romantically interested in me, but one time when we were together and I was texting someone she jokingly asked me if I was texting her.....i kick myself in the ass for not just asking her for her number then, but i didnt so whatever. Basically, what would be the best message to send to her on twitter? Like should I just be simple and say "Hey im bored so you should text me ....######" or what? Any input or advice would be very much appreciated because I actually like this girl a lot. Thanks!!!

Why don't you reply to her one of her tweets, start a convo, midway through ask her to DM you on twitter, then talk some more, and be like "oh i'm leaving and i won't have wifi, send your numb?"

Simply ask her if she's down to chill. Of course a form of communication is necessary to make this happen so just have her DM her number to you...
