How to get rid of this demented cyber stalker?

I've been cyber stalked for five years going on six by the same female. The reason why she knows my where-abouts or social accounts is because she has kept in contact with people whom I used to know or befriended in the past so I suppose she has kept up with their social networks to find me. She purposely befriends people whom I were friends with/still friends with to keep tabs of me. She knows two of my ex for the longest & that's when the fake profiles, & defamation began because one of them told her personal information about me out of spite, so she took it & ran with it.
She has actually admitted to another one of my exes that she does things to "get on my nerves" like call herself my nickname, or sign up for certain things because I did or just stalk me down & harass me.

The whole cyber stalking thing has been on & off but it has seriously flared up this year because it's one of thing after another. She mentioned me on Twitter twice but then blocked me as soon as I retaliated but then called me "stalking" because I held my ground. I have this tracker on my tumblr that invisibly tracks down whomever has visited my page and her logs are 10 pages long even though she knows she's blocked.. It also recorded her going to my ask box & ask me a question "anonymously", which was a harassing, bullying comment. She's idiot enough to use my twitter as a reference or source to view my Tumblr or view her own page from what it says on the tracker..

Today an ex friend of mine called & sent me a link of her "photo page" with a picture of me up there defaming me.. And this picture is six years old to be exact.. So I'm going to file a report today & take all my screenshots along with me.

I was wondering if anyone else has this same exact problem.. & what to do because I feel this has been going on for too long? I know to use legal services but I wonder if that would do any good against a demented woman who victimizes herself as I'm the one doing the cyber stalking when she is finding & harassing me & I'm only retaliating.

This woman is clearly a bit of a lunatic!I would go to the police and try and ignore all further commiunication from her!
