What does "Retirement Off" mean?

Retirement off the table? I have no idea.

"Retirement Off" could mean that someone has decided not to retire. It's an odd way of phrasing it, though.

I can't understand why someone is asking if it's an insult. There is no way that phrase could be taken to mean anything offensive.
