Disable Tumblr posts being sent to my Facebook?

I set my Tumblr to send my posts and pictures straight to my Facebook and Twitter. But now im starting to regret it, i use my Twitter, Facebook and Tumblr the same amount but post more on my Tumblr and the Tumblr posts and clogging up my Facebook and Twitter.
So now i need to know, how do i stop my Tumblr post being sent to my Facebook and Twitter?

Next to your dashboard should be your blog name i guess well click there. In the blue boxes to the right if you look you'll see settings with that little star looking thingthen once you get there just scroll down and it says facebook settings and twitter setting and just disable them.
