My twitter account was suspended then reinstated?

Alright, so I made a parody account and was following a bunch of people to get noticed, then twitter thought I was spam and they suspended my account. That happened today that it got suspended so I went through the appeal process, already heard back from them. At around 5 at night (it's 830 where I from now) they said I've been reinstated, and that in an hour it should be back to normal. But I still can't log in or anything! I can't even log in! So what do I do? I'd almost rather just delete the account and start over, but I can't log in to do so! Help me please!

If they said you have been reinstated, just give them time to get it up and running again. If it is not up after 24 hours, contact them. There are better methods and tutorials to get followers.
