Cook County, IL- What are the chances of this protective order (Restraining order) going though?
During the month of may this year my exgirlfriend of 15 (Now 16) was being abused, sexually and physically, by her father. She then asked me to rob her house to get back at him; I did. Later on around July, I was arrested and charged with residential burglary. By now I lost contact with her. Her dad made her unfriend me from facebook, and twitter. (Im Only friends with her on instagram but, besides not being able to talk to anyone on istagram, I haven't even tried talking to her because she was the one who snitched on me.) I hired a Lawyer for my case of residential burglary and around the beginning of October the charges were dropped. Then Recently, around two weeks ago they charged me with the same exact thing! My Lawyer told me it was because the states attorney presented my case to a grand jury. This happened out of no where! But I hired him again and am currently going to court. Then one of my exgirlfriends friends told me that her dad put a restraining order against me for her! If she shows up in court will she be asked if she wants an order against me, and can I fight this? Also I know shes not gong to want to put one on me and I've never done anything to hurt her, will this go through?
She also admitted to telling me to go into her house and take anything (Besides her things). She also no longer lives with her dad; a dads friend in another county.
One more thing, I really want to talk to her after my cases are over. Is there anything I can do? Sad
Last thing, if it does go though, how long could it last? :/

Probably pretty high.

You are being accused of a serious felony committed against this family. It is very unlikely you will be able to successfully fight this.
