So, What's the deal with twitter, what do I do ? Just follow people ?

I joined twitter today just to try and draw more attention to my PC building consultation youtube channel. So what am I suppose to do ? Just wait for people to follow me ? Do I follow like every single person ? Do I respond to people ?

Is that basically it ? Because I literally have no interest in what anyone else actually tweets, it's purely for selfish reasons to rep my youtube channel. Is this basically what it's meant for ?

Follow People and Write status updates in 140 characters or less its not a big deal really you can respond to people by clicking on the reply button on the tweet or you can tweet about them using @ and than there username
