I can't access twitter via my mobile phone?

I tried to access twitter via my mobile phone and then it says ''unable to connect to the internet''. But it can access google, facebook, youtube etc. I've tried using opera mini and web browser on my phone, it's still the same. It seems like my mobile phone can't access only to twitter.
Just then I opened my browser settings and I changed my access point from 'always ask' to 'internet'. I did clear my browsing data too. Now I can access twitter using my mobile browser. Not sure which one made it worked though. But somehow the opera mini still can't access to the internet. It says "Unable to connect. Please review your network settings". I can't access anything using the opera mini. Help

Clear browsing data both in opera mini & stock browser & try.
If not then do a factory reset (restore).

If you using smartphone(abdroid/apple/windows phone 7.5) then download the twitter official app or unofficial you like.
