How to go on Facebook less often?
im like obssessed with FB & i need to stop! I dont wanna deactivate it but i wanna check it less often & stop stalking ppl! I dont have anything better to do!! How do i stop this obssession of mine?? pls help !

Try finding a new interest on the internet instead, so you use fb less.

Try getting tumblr, or twitter. Or even watch some youtubers. Check out Chester See and Caspar Lee, they are really funny!

Log out of your account, and give yourself a set amount of time each day that you are allowed on it. So maybe set aside one hour a day?
