My twitter account seems to have been deleted?

I made a twitter account yesterday and today I was on it on the app on my phone and suddenly I couldn't see my followers or who I was following. I deleted the account from my phone, and then when I attempted to log back in it said I had entered the details wrong? What should I do???

try logging in on an actual computer, not an app, and fix the issue, then return to the app and it should be fine. anything that goes wrong must be fixed via the computer, not app.
