Does the Ontario Human Rights Ministry send text messages?
So I'm sitting at my computer listening to some music, and I get two phone calls from a number I don't recognize. Then I get a text message which is split up into three texts, telling me not to leave my house for a week or I will face consequences. At the end it says it's from the Ontario Human Rights Ministry. I doubt it is real as the number is like a normal cell phone number. It is (647) 404-2110 for those interested. Thank you and I appreciate any help with this.

If you mean the Ontario Human Rights Commission, no, we do not send text messages (except for via Twitter). Also, the OHRC does not have any phone numbers with the 647 area code. So, if you live in Ontario, whoever sent you the text did not even use the correct organization name, and this kind of threat is definitely not something the actual Commission would be involved in. Consider it a hoax.
