Can I send a message via twitter to a person also on twitter?
or like comments or whatever? I'm new in twitter so don't be harsh and also can you explain what twitter is all about?
what if I followed a person who hasn't followed me yet? Will he/she see my message through updates

In the box where you type your twit, type @"user name" without quotes
example: @garry I'm eating a hamburger
