How do I get twitter on my phone?
I did the thing where you text the code to 40404 (it says that is to confirm the number) but then what?

anytime you want to update your twitter, send it as a text message:

"blah blah blah yada yada yada" to 40404

it will update your page via text.

or, go to http://m.twitter.com (its the mobile version for a cell phone)
