My hair is fried, but I want to go blonde one last time! HELP! PLEASE?
I added a picture of my hair color and you can tell how it's damaged, however I'm big on going out and wanting to look good so i straighten/curl it. I've dyed it (including highlights, low lights, etc) about 16 times. I know that's awful! However i really can't stand the color it is now. It's a light - medium brown with a reddish tint. Underneath is a darker brownish color. I've been blonde before and it suited me amazingly, my family didn't like it so i kept on changing it. Now I just want to be blonde and i'll never mess with it again. I know this is my fault. Please help me get to being blonde, and help my hair be healthy, shiny, and natural once again. As in blonde, i mean the butter-whitish blonde. Not a dark blonde. Also if you're a stylist that would be so helpful! No hate please, I know I've been selfish to my hair. Sad

I'm not going to dye it myself! I'll have professionals doing it.

honestly I would NOT dye your hair, its going to turn out completely fried especially if you have to bleach it back to blonde. Its not that easy to go from darker hair to blonde it almost always turns ginger, I like your hair better brown though it brings out your eyes and why would you want to dye it back to blonde if your parents don't like it? Don't dye it, this girl I know has done the same thing and her hair is FRIED and gross. Especially if you straighten it and curl it a lot, leave it how it is and give It time to heal. Don't do anything drastic, maybe dip dye your hair so it doesn't affect your whole head.

I've completely killed my hair, I probably dyed it 3 times each month for the past 3 years. (bad, i know)
i finally went back to blonde and honestly it looks bad because my hair is so damaged, if you want light hair try to condition it before going blonde. but honestly most of my hair fried off after bleaching it..it's not worth it :'(

Me and my sister bleached the ends of our hair to do the ombré style. After i showered it felt so gross and damaged. So to help my hair i bought Nexus deep conditioning. It's like 20 bucks at cvs or any pharmacy. It's kinda expensive but pretty good. You leave it in your hair before you shower for around ten minutes and then you wash it out. It's a good product for damaged hair. You can also try Organix deep conditioning. Also, use coconut oil for you hair. It helps strengthen it and make it smooth. Try not to dye your hair anymore. Give it a little break, you know just some recovering time. And try not to straighten or curl your hair to often with irons. But if you do, make sure to buy heat spray. I have John freida's frizz ease heat defeat protecting styling spray. Yu just spray it before using the hot iron. I think chi also has one, but it will be a little more expensive.

Here's a website for good deep conditioners:

You can always get a sew in with blonde hair, then your hair can take a rest from heat damage and dying
