How to use twitter and how to get more followers?

I don't use twitter for long time.
I want to know if I always text on it, if anybody else will see what I write at the condition of I don't have followers.

do extreme following. follow like a thousand people and you can get like 500 but it takes time.

To obtain followers, you should post some interesting stories on twitter. Random status is not good enough to attract people towards your profile. You can join your mobile to your twitter account so you can update your twitter page over the phone. If you are following someone, make sure he/her follow you back. Otherwise no point of following such people.
