Can't post anything on my Facebook account..? Possibly blocked?

I've been using FB for 5 years now and by their view I am a very balanced user. My friends list grew gradually and surely, I comment on friends things, I post photos and the occasional status update, I manage a couple of pages, use messaging and play a couple of games.
This morning I logged on and saw one of my friends had messaged me overnight. When I clicked to view the whole message, I saw that the entire thread had been deleted, and in place was the box repeated over and over again: "This message was deleted automatically because it contained content that has been flagged as abusive or marked as spam."
I checked other old message threads in my messages and they had ALL been deleted and replaced with that box. My husband suggested my account had been hacked so we tried changing my password and logging back in but they were still there.
I accepted the fact that my messaging wasnt working so decided to post on my friend's wall letting her know I would be in touch some other way. However facebook wouldn't let me, this popped up:
"The content you're trying to share includes a link that's been blocked for being spammy or unsafe: 210.7.6.13" . It didn't have a link in it at all. Nor swear-words ... none of my messages or posts ever do, I keep careful guard of my social media interactions and wouldn't jeopardise it with spam or swears.
I've recently fallen out with a close friend and noticed early yesterday that he had unfriended me. When I went in to check my messages with him this morning (to see if they were also showing that box) but I couldn't see any of them, they had all disappeared. They weren't stored in the "other messages" section either, where messages from pages and non-friends go. If it was just a matter of him deleting his message history with me, I would still be able to see my "copy" of our messages. Could it be possible he has marked me as a spammer or reported me for abuse, out of spite?
I've reported the problem to Facebook but have received the auto message that they don't solve individual cases but thanked me for letting me know.
I'm concerned my whole account is going to be eventually closed down - I would lose so much history if this happened. I also run the Page of my small business using this account as admin... it would cause a bit of trouble for me.
What do you think happened?
48 hours later and it's back on!
I did write to about 5 facebook email addresses but I'm not sure that's what fixed it.
I think I was set to be blocked for 48 hours.

Maybe try logging into another facebook account and see if it's your computer or your profile. If it's your profile you should try contacting again since I think such an error can only be solved by facebook itself.
Otherwise the only option I could think off would be to create a new profile and add all of your friends on that.

Sorry, I don't really know either what you should do. This is all I could think off. Thanks for answering mine.
