How do I fix the adobe flash player crashing?

This irritates me so much, my entire firefox will freeze for 20 seconds before I get this bloody error. I can't play me facebook games properly due to the crashes.
I uninstalled and installed the 10.3 version. Hope that works.

Try reinstalling or updating your flash player. If this doesn't solve the problem, try in another browser to see if the problem occurs there too!
