What apps are really useful for my iPad?
I want my iPad to be used to its best potential! Are there any apps like Word?

Apple have their version called Pages, which is supposed to be good. There are a number of other Office apps that people recommend, though I personally don't like a lot of them. Being a Google user, I generally like to use Google Drive for that sort of thing.

If you want an alternative browser, Google Chrome is great, but you can't make the rest of the operating system use it as default, which is Apple's fault.

And if you highly rely on mapping software, Google Maps is great. I don't know if it has an iPad version yet though.

A friend of mine has an app called Paper (I think), which is really good if you want to quickly draw something to show somebody something.

Then you've got the essentials like Facebook, YouTube, and whatever other services you like to use.

GarageBand is pretty cool on the iPad as well.
