I need help uplaoding a video onto facebook?

everytime i upload a video on to facebook it will show just the sound and like a picture of the video but no actuall movemnt. so it basically a picture thats talking. i uploaded 2 videos before and they both worked but for the past week ive been trying to upload some videos and all of them are doing this. can anyone hep me?
