If I twitter to someone can it be considered harassment in court?
A guy who is threatening my husband is a "rapper" and has a twitter site and other social media sites. If I wrote to him on his twitter and said to stay out of our life we don't care about you or your career, you have nothing to to do with our situation, can I get in trouble for "harassment?" Or is this acceptable to do.
He threatens on the phone not twitter. Ads |

Why don't you just "block" him on Twitter? Then you won't be able to receive anymore of his threats. It's just like "unfriending" someone on Facebook.

Mentioning it in public is always against law.
