Why has my best friend stopped talking to me?
I have been best friends with her for over two years (we are both 15 yr old girls). We were v.close & had sleepovers & stuff. In December she stopped speaking to me, even though we have the same classes & stuff, and we hadn't fell out. We haven't confronted each other, and it has been over a month. She told our friend Mary, that I unfollowed her(Mary) on twitter when I hadn't. I do not understand, therefore this is making me feel like I have done something wrong. What do I do?

The answer is simple. Talk to her, because it isn't normal for two best friends to stop talking to each other for no apparent reason. You deserve an answer, so talk to her. Don't worry about your other friend Mary, because it just seems like she is making the matter worse.

I was in the same situation as you. Years ago my friend out of the blue stopped talking to me, eventually she managed to turn all of my other friends against me too, even though I had done nothing wrong to her. I confronted her , and she blatently lied to my face saying that she has nothing wrong with me, but continued to be horrible behind my back. Confused, I went to her and apologised for anything that I might have done to upset her, still she said that she is over it now, even though I never knew what issues she had with me. What did I do? I left her, she has her own issues and makes it out that people have issues over her.Curious I went on to her twitter and found out that she has got big insecurities about being overweight, then all the pieces of the puzzle starting adding up for me. I was her only slim friend at the time, all her other friends were overweight too. Even though I was so sweet to her, her insecurities and jealousy turned her into an evil cow. I have got many good friends now, because I am a down to earth person I don't have issues with anyone.

Bottom line- If she continues and spreads rumours about you or talks behind your back then there is a big probablilty that she has her own insecurities and is finding someone to blame it on, the victim- a person she is jealous of......
