Is having tweets sent to my phone free?

I don't have a twitter account, but I check Lord_Voldemort7's twitter daily since it's so funny. I wanted to have his tweets sent to my cell phone via text messages so that I wouldn't have to check it so often, but I'm not sure if that would be free or not? I live in Canada, my phone company is koodo, and my plan includes unlimited text messaging. Does anyone know for sure if this would be free, and if so how would I do it? Thanks!

If you have unlimited texting it should be free. Twitter doesn't charge you for texts coming from them, it would be the phone service that would and the clarification concerning the unlimited texting should make it so that they don't charge you.
