Will anyone take free drawing requests/ideas for deviantart?

I have a few ideas for drawings for deviantart, but i'm not the best artist - so do you know anyone who accepts requests? i'm not a huge deviant, i just go on there to look at drawings. And by drawings I mean characters, and character modifications. For example, I RP matsuri from naruto on twitter and i would like to have a picture of her and another character (one will be a dog, bisuke from naruto) and other things.
