Youtube Template Help?

Hi i have made a youtube template for my channel and when after finishing my template (took me forever) when i uploaded it it did not come out right this is what it should of come out like example-http://www.youtube.com/user/TheSyndicateProject as you can see it has text saying syndicate at the top of the page and twitter and all that. But when i upload mine it comes out like this with no top and hinds underneath the middle thingy.-http://www.youtube.com/user/NinjazReviews?feature=mhee

It seems that user Syndicate #1 might have Brand or Partner channel therefore, got such banner and other things and you got simple normal user channel like mine.

The best thing better send a message to Syndicate #1 ask if his/her channel is Brand/Partner or normal user's and how did added that background?
