How do you share a FACEBOOK video to twitter?

The video is only on my facebook, but I want to share it to twitter, how can I do this?
Or atleast change my privacy so I can link the video from my facebook and allow people who are not friends on there to see it?

open the video, copy the url from the address bar, make it as short url using google url shortner ,
paste it on your twitter account and tweet it

Follow this instruction:
1. Log in to your YouTube and Facebook accounts. Open a YouTube video.

2. Click the "Share" button and then click the Facebook icon -- a lowercase letter "f" on a blue background.

3. Click the drop-down arrow next to "Share" and select "In a Private Message."

4. Enter your Facebook friend's name and a message. Click "Share Link."
