Take good pictures?

There's no quick way to popularity on a website like Instagram or Twitter. Just put out good pictures that are interesting and appeal to a wide variety of people. There's nothing much more that you can do.

Spreading the word on your instragram on your facebook or twitter or blog if you have one is good also. also posting pictures that you think others will find interesting (just like you) will follow you too or posting pictures of general things like fashion, music, or movies also seem to get peoples attention.
