Or rather, that you're 'following' that persons twitters.

Twitter is a social networking thing. It's like Facebook, but reduced to only one feature.

You can post 160 character updates about what you're doing (or whatever you like). You can 'follow' other people (like being friends on Facebook) and they can follow you. If you follow someone, everytime you log into Twitter, you can see their latest updates.

The great advantage of Twitter is that you can use it via mobile phones, PDA's and a whole ton of other ways. Because it's so simple, it works quite well.

instead of saying Add me on twitter,
its like twitters phrase.
