How can you view declined guests in Facebook events?

I just created an event for my birthday in Facebook, and want to see who declined and who is a maybe. All I can see is who accepted. Does anyone know how I can do this? Did Facebook take this option away?

The declined guests can be seen only when you create the event. In the events tab. You will get all the list of all the guest who are coming, may be and declined ones.
