i created a ymail and after trying for a facebook account which tells me wrong password i change to another?

i have a password which facebook account tells me it is wrong and i have changed to another one
now tells me both passwords are wrong trying the first one wrong trying the second one wrong

what i must do;

Hi Sihar,
You need to click on forgot password or can't access my account
and they will send an email to your main account with a code to
click on to reset.
that email can land in the Spam Folder.
