Hello chequita Bell,

I am from Dell Social Media and Community.

Follow the link below to run a basic hardware test on your system.

http://support.dell.com/support/topics/g...cid=266787

If you get any error code, you can associate it to the list given in the link below.

http://support.dell.com/support/topics/g...&s=gen&cs=

If the tests pass, this could be caused by either an incorrect setting in System Setup(Bios) or a bad boot device, such as a bad hard drive.

Verify your boot options are properly set in System Setup(Bios). We recommend having the CD or disc drive as your first boot device and then hard drive as the second boot device.
If your System Setup(Bios) has an option to boot from the LAN disable this option.
If you have changed any System Setup settings, make sure to save and reboot the computer.

If this does not resolve the issue, try resetting the System Setup(Bios) values to the default settings, save and exit.

If this has not helped you or if you need any further assistance, feel free to message me on Twitter. I will be happy to assist.
