Can someone please give me some advice?!?!?

Ok so I really like this girl, but she likes my good friend, and he kinda likes her.
All three of us went to the same grade school, but we are now all at different high schools me and my friend to different all male schools and her to an all female school. He took her to his homecomming and I took her to mine (this is actually quite common). But all her picture on her social media things were of him and her, not me and her. (bad grammar, sorry)
Yesterday her friends came up to him and literally told him to ask her out. It was really awkward for me because I was Standing beside him when they told him. He told me he was actually planning on asking her our, but her friends just made it extremely awkward.
I have not told her nor my friend how I feel yet, but my other really good friend, who goes to my school, knows.
Right now I feel that she just doesn't care about me the way she cares about the other guy. This is partly my fault, because I never told her how I feel. Right now I don't want to tell her, because I don't want her and my friend to not get together because of it.

Honestly I'm not trying to be mean but I'm a girl and I honestly think she likes the other guy not you. I would just say to move on.

I know how you feel my friend, but lets face it you said yourself she cares for him as much as you care for her, maybe you should just step back don't risk losing her entirely for know, and if it's going to happen it will good luck my friend

I wouldn't say anything mostly because as a true friend to both of them, you should let them do what they want to be happy. Also because they'll most likely break up seeing as most high school relationships don't work. You'll more than likely get your shot at her. You'll been seen as the guy who was "always there." I mean, if you REALLY can't wait, then tell her. She may change her mind.
