Are deleted facebook pages recycled?

I mean like if you delete a page is the id returned to a pool for use next time someone creates one.

I ask because recently I got a notification to say a page I liked changed its name. When I asked about this the page admin said it was the first page they created and had never heard of the former page.

Actually its not, maybe she/he just lied. Or he/she didnt understand ur question. If u delete a page its just gonna stop existing
