Instagram Issues. Hashtags not showing up in "related tag directory" (not sure what its called).?

I wouldn't consider my push of the hashtag limit spam, but a wise business plan. I started a page a couple of days ago, using the same hashtags that got me 700 (and counting), and now they are not showing in the mass hashtag search anymore.

These things I know:

Limit is 30.
No more than 5 tags, on people.
When backtracking hashtags, you must do it fast because the feed for popular tags pushes yours further down-- every second.

I noticed that I can use the tags on my personal page, they just don't work on my "business account."

Searching for the answer is wearing me out, so I'm asking the people of the web for the use of their social media knowledge.
