can you see peoples old pictures and old profile pictures on twitter?

Hi, i'm trying to view someones old twitter pictures and their old profile pictures but i dont know how to. thanks in advance.

To view the old pictures (given that they Tweeted them) you would have to go to their profile and at the left hand side you will see a rectangle box with images inside. Click on them and click the left and right arrows at either side of the screen to browse through,
With profile pictures, I think you can only view old ones if they Tweeted them (found the same way as old pictures, ONLY if they Tweeted them).
