Try running a Malwarebytes scan. Let it remove everything it finds. So make sure you click remove selected after scan is finished. Also after you download the free version it's important to click the update tab and let Malwarebytes update before scanning with it.

Malwarebytes is a site dedicated to fighting malware. Malwarebytes has developed a variety of tools that can identify and remove malicious software from your computer. When your computer becomes infected, Malwarebytes can provide the needed assistance to remove the infection and restore the machine back to optimum performance.

Well...
There is many Probabilities...
1-you have a virus so you have to install a strong and new antivirus such as avast and go to My computer icon and click right click mouse and choose the scan option and the scan will start and when the program See a virus a message will show you have to choose (Delete) and the virus will gone...
2-your Network is slow so you have to blog a faster one...
3-your computer model is to old...
4-windows vista is real problem i advice with xp or windows 7
5-your hard disk is almost full so format the computer or delete any thing you don't want it any more on your computer...

Probably you do, we never know unless you do a scan. Shows you how to remove rogues, but works for other viruses too (By me):

Use combofix from bleepingcomputer.com, then download malwarbytes(you may need to rename the installer/setup to something like winlogon.exe to be able to run or install it) from malwarebytes.com or softpedia.com, then clean the rest of the virus with superantispyware and Hitman Pro 3.5 from softpedia.com/cnet.com and just in case you do have a rootkit on your system use GMER from majorgeek.com(Use gmer to scan and anything in red delete.)

Future Protection use this wizard to recommend security protection for your system:

or go to safe mode and then do the above:

To get into Safe Mode with Networking:

1. Log out and reboot your machine.
2. When the machine starts the reboot sequence, press the F8 key repeatedly.
3. Select Safe Mode with Networking from the resulting menu.

1.Download Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware (mbam-setup.exe) and save it on your Desktop.
2. After downloading, double-click on mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
3. Follow the prompts and install as “default” only
4. Before the installation completes, check on the following prompts:
- Update Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware
- Launch Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware
5. Click “Finish.” Program will run automatically and you will be prompt to update the program before doing a scan. Please update.
6. Scan your computer thoroughly.
7. When scanning is finished click on the “Show Results”
8. Make sure that all detected threats are marked, click on Remove Selected.
9. Restart your computer.

Note: Some malware may prevent mbam-setup.exe from downloading and running. You can download and rename this program from a different computer before running it on infected system

i work on computers and everytime someone brings a computer to me the first thing i do to find out if it has a virus is the speed on the system, and its common sense if your computer was working just fine and from no where it just started running slow and pop ups appearing thats a big indication it has a virus so the second step you can do is download a free antivirus if you cant afford to buy the full product they would def take the virus off your pc... so i would recommend well known antivirus such as kaspersky, avg, avast. norton dont work so dont waste your money. after you install the antivirus dont just scan it once do it at leat 3 times but make sure its the whole system, because virus are good hiding so you need to do it at least 3 times like i said so if it miss one in the first scan there a high chance its going to find it on the second or third scan.. also maintain your computer defrag install updates and VERY IMPORTANT UPDATE YOUR ANTIVIRUS.. if you have any questions feel free to ask Smile
