If you do get hacked on stardoll, on the log in page click 'forgot password?' and follow the prompts to get a new password sent to your email (which is why it's important you never change your email to anyone elses, and sign up with your own email). If this doesn't work, it means the hacker has cleverly changed your email. If this is the case, you willl need to message stardoll on another account saying something like;

Hello stardoll, my other account [hacked account name here] got hacked. I do have some proof the account was mine. I paid for a superstar membership and the receipt code is [reciept code number] OR and the mobile number I used is [mobile number used to pay for superstar or stardollars]. Please send a new password to [email you used to CREATE THE ACCOUNT]. Thank you.

If you were never a superstar, and you never paid for stardollars, it is not guaranteed you will recieve your account back, but send a message to stardoll and try and fill in as much of this information as you can:

Hello stardoll. My account [hacked account name here] got hacked and I do have some proof the account was mine. The email I originally used to make the account was [email ORIGINALLY USED here]. I connected with this facebook account [FACEBOOK URL HERE]. The date of birth on my account was [DATE OF BIRTH USED TO MAKE THE ACCOUNT HERE*]. The first name in settings on my account was [NAME IN ACCOUNT SETTINGS HERE] and my user ID** was [USER ID HERE]. The original password was [ORIGINAL PASSWORD HERE] and any other passwords used on my account that I knew about were [OTHER PASSWORDS HERE]. The twitter account I was connected to was @[TWITTER HERE].
Thanks, [NAME HERE].

*This is why it's important to create your account with your REAL date of birth, so you will remember it.
** Your user ID can be found in settings.
