Can someone using the same apple ID as me see my things?
I have both an iPad and iPhone, but I am under 18 therefore they are both registered to my mum's apple ID. Does this mean that she is able to see what I'm doing? Or get onto my twitter/Facebook?
Also... Will she be able to read my iMessage's even though they are assigned to my own email address?

I'm pretty sure she won't be able to look back at your activity. I was once in your situation but I used my dads account, and I often see him over my shoulders to see what I'm doing so if he was able to view my history he obviously wasn't taking the opportunity.
