I accidentally turned my windows 7 bar on the left side of my computer?
I dont know how it happened, i was just checking pictures and then the windows bar turned to the loeft side of my computer screen?

Click on an empty part of the bar and hold, then simply drag it to where you want it (you may have to uncheck the lock taskbar button)
Anyway it's better there so just give it a try :-)

It's so simple just point your mouse on windows bar then right click make sure that "lock the taskbar" option uncheck after that drag it where you want to place it. Then again right click on it and select "lock the taskbar" now this time it should be checked. Now it's done.... Enjoy...
