How can I start an anti-bullying website or forum?
I want to give advice to kids in school that are being bullied, since I have a lot of experience in that department. I figure that I can reach a lot of kids if I have a website or forum where they can write in and tell me their problems. The problem is that I don't know how to program in HTML or JAVA or ActionScript, so I am not sure what to do. Does anybody know how I can get this started?

I can't help you but I thought I would just say that I think that is a really good idea and good luck.
