Okay so i just got twitter and i really want to write to someone on it but i don't know how to do it. I know i have to put the @ and their name but i dont know where exactly to do this? do i just write that on the place where i am meant to twitting? In the ' what's happening' section? sorry if this sounds silly but i would appreciate your answers.

i think you do a @mention or do what you said and put it in the what's happening section
