Where can i start to begin rap?

Okay, for years now i have been intersted in rap, songs, freestyling battles and other grime artists.. Some being Professor Green, Eminem etc.. I live in the UK and i am four-teen years old. I am basically looking for some advice on where to start to record and make rap songs, computer programs, tips, how to ryhme.. I know this might be abit pointless to most asking this but would be useful information to me.. any advice will be much appreciated =) THANKS.

Most people start on youtube so start uploading videos of yourself rapping on there and then you will get noticed probably by record labels

FIRST make songs lol. Then get beats/productions. You could remix songs or produce your beats or get somebody to do that for you. I would suggest Fruityloops or garage band. If your going to produce your own beats, then I would watch youtube tutorials on how to make sick beats. Then you should record your songs. You can send your songs into someplace (I cant remember what its called) and they make it sound great if your sound is gross. Then post it on youtube, your facebook, and twitter to build a following. Get a large enough following to either start doing live shows (this is where you make money) or get a record deal or both. But this all starts with practice and making LOTS of songs. If you get discouraged remember that the greats werent great because at birth they could paint, the greats were great because they paint a lot.
