Not necessarily no. You should only post what you want to. If you want to post pics of him do. If you don't want to don't. I suspect you're asking the question because he has asked you why you don't?

If that's the case then actually the question runs a bit deeper than whether or not to post pictures.

Some people need to demonstrate their relationship to others. It's like marking their territory. There can be a number of reasons for that, but we probably don't have the time or patience to pull at that thread

So back to the question, your social media feed should be a reflection of your world and who you are, and how you want the world to see you. If you are secure in your relationship and feel no need to publicise stuff, then don't. Just go with your instincts, you'll be surprised how well you actually know yourself.
